★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ok ok. My bike ( X blade bs6) had some issues in the fuel pump, they had cleaned it. My bike used to give jerks in the second and third gear within the rpm range of 2000-3000. Still this issue is there, it sometimes comes and sometimes gets resolved. They are not ready to check the ecu, sensor or any other important parts of the bike. They told me to use premium fuel, which I am using since 6 months. But the problem is not fully solved. My bike battery also started giving problem since three months, warranty has been claimed. They have told that the new battery will be available after 1.5 to 2 months, till then I will have to use a scrap battery ( which they provided), which doesn' t support self start. Staff behaviour is moderate. Overall disliked it, they are good for normal servicing, but if a problem creeps into your vehicle, then they are not skilled enough to solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center has been relocated from Nabagram. They provide good service. There can be rush though due to high number of customers they serve. You have to come early to book a your position for one day delivery. I have been servicing my Activa 125 since 2017. I don't have any complaints about them.
