★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Bad management. Staff don't have the value of time. Giving us appointment of 11.45am before a day and after sitting 3 hours also the staff is not appointing us to doctor. No value of time. No commonsense. The patient got more ill after sitting 3 hours more over there.
Thirdclass staff of this hospital. Request to change your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yogesh Bhargava has excellent diagnostic skills unmatched by other doctors. I have a rare disease and nobody could find out what the problem was. Finally I was treated and cured by him. Very grateful to him??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I had to wait for 1.5 hours from my appointment time and had to leave hospital since Dr. Anil was not available. The front desk staff was giving varied answers. Someone said in the round while the other one was saying he is in emergency. EVERYONE GETS 24 HOURS A DAY. RESPECT TIME OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE COMING TO YOU. Before doctor, we are all human being and we should learn to respect time. Train the front desk staff to manage the appointments and fix your processes please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude. Even after paying consulting fees you have take appointment to show reports. Dr may be good but useless system to reach them. Only to show reports you have wait for 2 hrs. How can they expect kidney patients and relative to follow such useless procedures. No hospitals anywhere have system of appointment for showing reports.
