1. I want to tell you that wait time for the interview was not the reason for my dissatisfaction.
2. We know that the interview was on 18-September. Myself & other candidates were there on time on that day.
3. I totally understand that due to so many candidates arriving, you had to send some of the candidates back & asked them to come on 21-September(Monday) due to social distancing.
4. But even after coming on monday & waiting for like more than 3 hours we were left clueless by your interviewing person, whether today we will get chance or not & for the same when I asked him he said "wait for more 2-3 hours as there are so many candidates."
5. But it was noticed by me & other candidates that some candidates who were not present on 18-September & also had arrived 1 or 2 hours after us on Monday, were called before us for interview on the spot by filling your company form.
6. Anyways, I never considered your organization smaller/less, that's why I gave it my preference.
