β β β β β 1) I was stranded away in the middle of Ananthpur
2) One phone call away as promised by Babawali service manager road side assistance was initiated
3) Though it was a Saturday I had my doubts and took an Auto to the service center to check if they were catering to my request, to my surprise mechanic whom I saw while entering the service station was on his way to attend my case
4) By the time vehicle was towed it was lunch hour, they obliged to look Γ¬nto my car issues post lunch and gave suggestions to finish our lunch in the meanwhile
5) Once I returned Honda Mechanic was waiting to look into the issue
6) Fuse was change and proactively conducted other safety checks
7) I was offered to make a payment and not to wait for the bill and a soft copy was sent via whatsapp in the evening
8) Prompt and effective service was provided by a gentleman Shishawali (supervisor)
9) overall Impeccable service was provided by Service in charge, Manager & Mechanic

β β β β β Not much satisfied. It was like normal.. I felt like I visited some cycle stan in some old bus stand. Every employees in there own zone That reception oh my god please pay her salary if anything is pending.. she don't know who is comming and who is going out. Sorry to say this it was not at all pleasent!!
