I am away from home since 6 years, this is the worst till date.i am surprised and amazed to see both side of the coin , ultimate dedication towards irresponsibility .Cannot blame the owner for things staff do but in this case owner himself is least bothered of things...And ultimately punctuality for payment...

No cleaning on time 3 to 4 time in month timpass wala
Short circuit always
Gets shock by touching fan laptops charger or usb
You get shock ironing your clothes
Alwage Get shock while using washing machine
Food quality was very poor
You need to pay for repeating fan plugs cooler motre even after paying 7000 rent or 14000 of single room
......
Find water leakage in bathroom God knows from where it coming
......
Before coming better to verify all these

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Cleanliness, Poor building management. Rude staff. Strongly recommended to go for a flat nearby if you plan a long stay here in Noida.

They clean wash basin and toilet seat with same brush.
Not a good place to live.
Lift not working.
No power backup. Always says 'generator ke liye diesel nahi hai'.
Weak or no mobile signal.
Water logging in rain. Even cabs deny to come due to water logging.
No main gate. Due to which dogs spill garbage bins on each floor every night.

Cheapest PG in area.
No security money required.
No separate electricity charges.
Staff is supportive.
Cons:
Food is ok-ok not good.
WiFi issue almost every alternate day.
Cleaning issues.
If you want cheap PG, then it is a best option in the locality. PG has without food option as well. If cleanliness is your concern then i won't be recommend that.

worst room they provide to me.
Wifi is not too good but normal.
Cleanliness is worst. once in week.
Bathroom, toilet is congested and not cleaned as well.
Food is worst.
No common T.V for all to watch when you free.
