★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's definitely a good spot to pickup food, medicines or anything related to your favorite pets. Sadly I was a bit disappointed that there aren't too much options available for cats and the main concentration is mainly dogs.
Though it's surely a great thing to have a pet store nearby that maintains the quality and hygiene.
As of now the doctor doesn't sit in here and will mostly available at his Dombivali clinic so whoever is planning to visit for the doctor then kindly keep this in mind as you won't find him in here anymore.
They do take orders on the phone as well so feel free to call them up.
Hoping to see more cat products on my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered this gem of a shop shortly after it opened and I haven't shopped in another pet store since. The owner sells premium quality pet food and products for cats and dogs and goes above and beyond in providing a high quality service where nothing is too much trouble. This shop has also given a huge boost to town centre . I previously never had any cause to come into the shop - now I visit nearly every week. If you own a cat or a dog you owe them a visit to this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY WORST EXPERIENCE THE GIRL IN THE SHOP IS VERY RUDE IF ASKED FOR ANYTHING HER REPLY IS TAUNTING AND NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER IF ASKED FOR ANY PRODUCT INFO SHE IS LIKE "PATA NAHI" "LOG LEKE JATE HAI ACHA HE HOGA" the owner is also not present Everytime and whenever he is there he is like not interested to entertain any customer.
"WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SUCH USELESS SERVICE"

His son (underage)answered yes it is available
I drove 30 km and burnt 500rupee petrol and my time
As i already told about specific flavour he did a FRAUD he packed one carton with diff gravy ...
After reaching home i cheaked and it was wrong
I called him he refused to give me delievery and and refued to pay or petrol of i go to pick the exchange of flavour
VERY BAD THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBLITIES TOWARDS ANIMALS
ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
And he didnt even replied to my concerns very bad experiance
Gonna file case in consumers court
For this FRAUD and child labour soon
