Prem ji's sweets used to be a famous sweet shop during my father's time. Over the time it has lost its value and charm of sweets. I had a very bad personal experience. I organized a surprise party for my parents and invited my in-laws and very close ones for their anniversary. I ordered rasmalai from Prem ji's for all the guests. After having meals, I served rasmalai to all the guests but surprisingly all of them observed a very bad taste. I also tried rasmalai but the taste was so poor that even I left it uneaten and requested my guest not to eat. Immediately I called on the phone of Prem ji's and the owner picked up the phone. I disclosed him regarding the bad taste of Rasmalai and asked him to just that check it. The surprising, rude and arrogant answer was "pata nahi sir, ek aap hi hain jisse hamari rasmalai achhi nahi lagi". Then I decided that i will never ever visit Prem ji's in future who don't even have respect for customer's feedback. I am writing this review as someone else has also given the same feed back and the owner still living in fool's paradise that he is the best. IRONY...!!!!
