★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst medical experiences, the doctor here, Dr. Prerna Aggarwal is very rude in her conduct as if she is doing you a favour by providing you her services.
The hygiene is extremely poor- doctor wore no surgical gloves while handling the patient, the washroom is extremely stinky (which they will insist you to use)
Dr. Prerna literally commanded me to open my legs wide open without providing for a cover (in spite of my asking for a top sheet). And when I politely tried to make her understand a patient's rights, she began to literally yell at me saying, this is my style, I need to see. This "gold medalist" practitioner needs to understand that a radiologist sees on the screen and that a patient's comfort is a doctor's duty.
I suspect that the instrument used for the transvaginal scan wasn't cleaned before use as I have been so uncomfortable ever since and have contracted a UTI.
Totally horrible and not worth it.

In my experience prerna diagnostic center provides "THE FINAL OPENION" to the patient, he need not go elsewhere. Doctor is well qualified, experienced and also very caring.
