Except two or three people most staff is arrogant.
They always leave one or two issues when you go for service of your vehicle to resolve by claiming they couldn't get much time and customer has no option but to leave that they will do it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by Hyundai company they are harassing me since 2 month , I filled complaint before 4 month and still they are not able to resolve it The following are main points
1) staff is not coprrative they don’t have technical information too
2)staff is arrogant except 2 or 3 person
3)they are not giving proper service to my car whatever I go for maintenance or service of car
3)they are not able to solve customer problem and they can’t tekal customers properly
4) customers call Center is not receiving my number and not giving proper guidance to me
I don’t know I m the only who is suffering this or many more
Hyundai is such a big company and this kind of behaviour of staff is just no acceptable
We trust the company and company is not supporting me
Please resolve my problem and do needful
I m talking about lunawada Hyundai showroom and Godhra service centre of Hyundai
