There is not substitute to this place in the city limits in Bangalore. People will cherish their memories living here in heaven.

- Very peaceful, neat and clean
- Well maintained.
- Worth to stay for long time and some airbnbs also available if you want to stay for short time.
For now it's a far away from the main city and you may face issue when you are looking for the basic needs.

However the main drawback is that some villas have common wall between them. The back yard is very small and so you can literally stare in to another's living area.same goes with side windows. All in all the property lacks privacy and for the price you pay that is not negotiable.

Amazing idea, beautiful villa's, awesome view's of golf course, wide roads, adjacent roads fir villa's, enough parking for visitors, lush green everywhere, lawns wherever possible. Different world for sure.
Maintenance is also amazing at 11k/month.
Overall an amazing place to live but surely comes with a jackpot price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Prestige Augusta Golf Village to meet a few friends staying there. It is a residential enclave spread over many acres consisting of row villas. The place is about 7.5 Kms from Outer Ring Road - Horamavu Road signal.
There is a lovely golf course in the community and a Clubhouse with a restaurant and sports facilities such as tennis, badminton, bowling, etc. Plenty of space to walk around as the place is spread over 100 acres. While the place is spread over such a large area, there isn't a lot of tree cover as i was expecting.
