★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous experience with a broker who also happens to be an owner here. There is an owner-broker mafia out here. No rent receipts given, apartment cleaning charges of over 20k retained when the flat was spic clean and only occupied for 5months, brokers enter apartment group and take hefty commissions from even residents moving within the same same complex despite the flat availability is known thru the group. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very wary of renting flats in this apartment. There is a strong nexus in the flats with brokers and owners. I rented the flat Maple and it has been more than 9 months where the advance has not been fully settled. Please be very careful.
