★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to buy a flat in Bangalore from a reputed group like "Prestige".
I had visited this place for site visit & was really impressed by their overall planning for the entire campus. It consists of 2 phases & eventually as of now majority r already sold out. They have planned all basic amenities inside the campus so u don't have to go out for anything. In terms of connectivity, also its excellent. U have buses to a lot of parts of Bangalore at just walkable distance & & the metro station is also under construction which is just at 2min walk from this apartment. The construction quality is top notch as L&T construction is doing all work.
For 2bhk pricing start at 70lakh (900sq ft approx)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestige Jindal City is all set to become the benchmark apartment complex in Tumkur Road. The project was launched in 2018 and has created a lot of buzz due to its proximity of the upcoming Jindal/Anchepalya Metro Station. The area will be even more attractive once the nearby IKEA outlet is operational (in 2022). Prestige Jindal is also near the Nice Road junction for easy accessibility.
The apartment building quality is top notch and has all the amenities one can think of. However, the space management in the units is a constraint and the nearby Sobha Apartments has better area bifurcation within the flats. The Club House is built magnificently and will be definitely the crown jewel of the campus.

#main attractions of the Jindal city are
1. very big clubhouse which has film theatres, big party halls and they said more than 30 indoor amenities we will get
2. Metro is attached to the project
3. located on Bangalore Pune express highway, the NICE road is nearby and close to peripheral ring road which connects to the airport
