★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just beside the income tax office. Just goto the 2nd floor of that building and you will find it . They generally services the product with and then but when i visited they had some issue , so made it deposited . Behaviour is also good and accepts online UPI payment too. But prestige is now worst brand and makes lowest and poor quality product .I had one induction from 2011 and run well upto 2020 and later at 2021 i have purchased the pestigen2200w induction . My induction has been serviced more than 7 times under warranty period. Infuture will buy another brands like havells or bajaj or philips . They are far better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2.12.21, we complained about my prestige hobs oven then next day your technician came and ordered the materials which is required. We called several times and your employee told me that "it will be resolved within 2 (two) days", but till now nobody has come from your side. So you please note down my complained and resolve it as soon as possible.

The usual service charge is Rs. 177/-. If parts needed extra cost is added.
Beside Income Tax House left hand side of the dead end road, 1st floor.
Usual timing 10 AM to 6 PM.
For minor repairing same day delivery.
If in warranty please carry bill.
