★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given them my hot water kettle around 15 days ago to repair a on/off switch. They said they would call me in a day or two when I first handed it to them. I still haven't heard from them neither are they picking my calls. I'm about 20kms away from the centre and find it frustrating to simply make that trip to ask what's going on...

Go upstairs and check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bakwaas.. not fit for even 1 star... they didn't come to provide the service.they don't entertain the customers even after providing the address to cover. I had to take the service from others even after sharing all the required info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an authorised service center i visited here. I believe I was over charged. Even without looking at the problem/damage decides to change the component and price was fixed. Did not make any attempt to repair it. Rather was more interested in replacing the components so that they can charge more. Not satisfied at all. Feel cheated. I should have avoided this service center.

Person didn't even check the mixer from inside. Just said no issue with mixer.
When we came home and checked, whole armature got burnt.
Local electrician is more knowledgeable than these people.
Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service I have ever seen. I Can't tolerate this behaviour. I don't know who hired these non-sense staff. This service centre has 2 useless fellows who are saying there is no warranty for power plug but in manual its given that warranty is covered for all components of the mixer. Later when I said I ll not pay even a single rupee as the mixer is under warranty then these guys were talking rudely. Who permitted prestige companies to certify such a useless service centre and why did they give a warranty for 2 years just for cheating the customer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center experience in a while... Better try somewhere else.. Quite disappointing.
Told my induction stove would be repaired in 2 days tops.. It's been 3 days n no response to my calls..
After 20calls m being passive aggressively told that they will
"let you know if it can b repaired or not"..
What the heck were they doing for 3 days!
