★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is underground. So go from front and start of the the street there is stairs going down. Now to service center, it's typical. It always takes one copy of receipt/bill and will not tell how much time it will take. It also does not have many parts which they order when it's required. I gave the product for repair and they gave back after 20 days and it was not working properly. I had to return it to them again for the same and again the same story.
