★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all satisfied with the services provided by them....Issues are not resolved properly...after purchasing a product if customer is having some problem then it's their prime duty to satisfy their customers by giving best after sale services to everyone.After Sale Service is the main service I believe and I am not at all happy with the services provided by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestige service center don't deserve single star also but I can't submit my feedback without submitting single star so am I doing it.
I am complaining for my stove repair service from last two weeks, Indore service center allocating the agent for repair service from two weeks and agent haven't come to my home nor called. When I tried calling in service center they don't have manners to receive the customer call. God knows what kind of service is Prestige providing for appliances or this is only happening in Indore service center. We buy expensive products of prestige with the mind of good service but now it looks like prestige is loosing thier customer trust. There is so much of improvement is needed in managing thier customer service and there should be a SLA like other organisations like LG have.
