★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location, plenty of two and four wheelerparking available. Helpful and courteous staff. They promptly attended request and provided required service. It takes a title time to repair (obviously). Clean and spacious workshop with waiting/ seating area. Over all good experience. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went today to repair my induction cooktop which was within warranty but due to lockdown the spare parts of pcb board were not available, so they told me that the spare parts will become available as soon as lockdown lifts and they will give home service without charging any extra charges.The spare parts actually comes from Bangalore to its esplanade branch and then it gets distributed to the regional service center. Recently I went there for another induction repair but they were very rude to service my product ? at free of cost instead of having warranty. Very bad staffs earlier staffs were very good but now the staffs are not at good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit hidden behind the trees and doesn't have any billboard outside which shows the the existence of this service centre. The spare parts actually are costly and staffs are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I want to tell about their cons that is it's hard to find out the place and the most important cons is thei customer management system.But apart from that there are indeed some pros that are they will gave you a nice smooth service.
