★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gas stove glass replacement. I asked him how much it would cost. He said he needs to see the stove. I showed him the stove. He mentioned the model and said costs 1200. When I went to get the stove he charged 1950 for the glass, and refused saying 1200 in the morning. 1950 glass for a stove which I bought for 5000. We all know that we can get lot of discount on these items. Local dealers get these items for discount and they pass some of that to us. I made a mistake by going to the service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service center is always locked, so what service do you expect, working hours is mentioned ad 9.30 am to 6pm, today have visited the service center, not opened till 10.40am, very disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is right opposite Basaveshwara High school, next to the bus stop. The people there are courteous and helped me with my issue quickly. They accept payment through mobile wallets in addition to cash payments (Google Tez, Paytm etc.).
They are open from 10.00 - 6.30 (Mon - Fri) and 10.00 - 5.30 on Saturday. Sunday is holiday.

But Prestige is making fool to the customer, because if you visit the website or store they will tell that 5 year warranty is on cooker BTW in reality there is nothing which is covered under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and courteous customer care service. As I had travelled from different area I requested them to repair my appliance at the earliest as I cannot come back in the evening. I waited there itself. They did it in just less than 1 hour. Happy to buy prestige appliances if the customer care is like this. Kudos guys. Keep it up ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the whole service experience, it was really smooth. I went to Prestige service center to repair my Electric kettle and all they asked for warranty card and within next day itself they serviced my kettle and hand it over on time.
