Prestige is a good brand, but needs to work on customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidyaranyapura is like next Malleswaram, Prestige Apartments in Vidyaranyapura meaning "Cherry on Cake". Good project spanning over 6.7 acres and optimal no. of units 451. The project has all amenities and in prime location and main road connectivity. The project is in middle of good BEL,HMT residential layouts and also very close to GKVK. The main thing is pricing its just little more than the ordinary builders charge over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay 1.25cr and you can’t even put a Queen size bed in your room. I understand that the land rate is quite high since it is well within the city bounds but if you’re paying that much, it simply doesn’t make sense. The solitary main gate is definitely going to be a bottleneck. Built in such a way that natural light is blocked by other towers and you get an apartment that’s always in the shadow of a building. The construction quality seems fine and the amenities sound great. Location is great.

No proper explaination for pricing. Prestige Group - Rest assured you will lose your reputation if your sales team continues with this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project is in a locality with good amenities but the builder has too much pride of its own brand. 3.5bhk House appears to be spacious but the bathroom fittings, grill are extremely substandard, ugly looking tiles. Other builders are offering so much more like home automation facilities like smart lock, wooden floor in master bedroom,glass shower partition etc. This builder offers Nothing. Not even a mosquito net. You get prestige for a hefty price and spend for all of these over and above it. Disappointed with such a prestigious brand.
