★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service from prestige.
Recently purchased gas stove of 8000, by trusting brand and shopkeeper.
But not up to the mark, while i am turning off "bupp" sound is coming which is dangerous.
3 times called in customer care,No action.
I would suggest go for other brand and local shop rather than showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy from this shop. A behaviour of owner was not good and very costly compare to online market. Owner was rude and without showing anything he asked about how I had been payment Via cash or card ?
Price was high compare to other show room don't buy from here. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got a Pressure cooker from you Innovative Sales, Satellite on 02/02/2020. Because of a complaint, I had been to the shop today and I was surprised by the laid-back approach of the shopkeeper. As I was not carrying the bill he didn't entertain me, not checked the product.
All he was asking for the bill or date or purchase without which he cannot process. Basically, his intent was to get me out of the shop.
I was willing to share my mobile number, name, and address based on which he could have easily searched my details, but wasn't interested in putting in the effort. My question is what if a customer would have lost his bill, wouldn't Prestige check the details of the customer in their system. As you have given a warranty I am sure these details are documented, Innovative Sales is a pathetic company/dealership whose interest is just to earn money from sales and leave customer service out somewhere in the dustbin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased two CLIP ON COOKERS(5l &3l) from Amazon.
It started giving problems very soon. Recently within 1.5 yrs the bottom layer of both cookers gets seperated while cooking.
When I complained to customer care before 12 days they promised to send serviceman at my home as I am a senior citizen. Then I sent two reminders but till date Noone has turned up!!!
PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.
DECIDED NOT TO BUY OR RECOMMEND ANY PRODUCT OF PRESTIGE.
