★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a 3 burner stove 1.5 years back. Started rusting now. The stove circular covers are totally rusted. Gifted to a place in palamaner CHittoor DIstrict. AP. whats next ? The dealer to suggest.... I will be back after the lockdown to Hosaroad. Meanwhile..pls reply. Shall I call you at the given number ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional. Shop opening time is not fixed. We came to shop at 11 am on Saturday and found it closed while Google showed open. On calling he told he will be there in 10 minutes. Didn't show up past 12 pm too. Total waste of time and effort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst customer experience shop I ever visited. I made a mistake of not reading others review before purchasing from the shop. I think person sitting at the cash counter (guess may be Owner of the shop) has the worst attitude towards customer.
The owner or the sales rep did not answer any of our queries properly. They both had very laid back cheap attitude. I think they were keep validating us whether we will buy or not.
Though the experience was worst, I trusted Prestige products and bought two pressure cookers. Our bad time, one of the cooker pressure plug gone bad on first use itself. I took the cooker next day and complained the Owner about the problem upon first use.
He said I don't know to use cooker properly. I should read the manual on how to use them before cooking, as if it is first time we are seeing the cooker or it is first time the cooker is introduced in market.
He mentioned we should cook in high flame for 2 or 3 mins and then cook only in medium flame. I asked him where it is mentioned and he shamelessly going through the manual to find that point which not mentioned anywhere in manual.
He asked me to go to Prestige industries in Bangalore to tell my problems and complaints to them. As he is only seller and has no responsibility of any of the products sold. Though it is Prestige exclusive smart kitchen outlet. He further threatened me that he is no more bothered to answer me and will not talk anything on this issue.
Request Prestige Industries to remove the franchise from this cruel shop owner.
Customer who expect the worst experience outcome better visit this shop.

Owner is so dam rude, speaks as if he is giving items at free of cost
When I called an enquired he said they will buy back the old gas stove for 1000 while we buy a new gas
When we went to the store he said there is no such offer .
