★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gem of a place. Lots of cooker varieties along with induction cooker, gas stove, tawa etc can be found. Exchange is also available. Also, spare parts are available. A shop worth visiting undoubtedly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone here for exchange of my 1 year old non stick set piece of 3, but the exchange rate I got was the selling price that is offered by the amazon for the three new pice that I had bought. I could have bought it in Amazon without even exchanging the old ones for the same price that I paid here after the exchange. I am an Amazon prime customer who regularly shops in Amazon but I thought these are are just lying around and hence thought of exchanging, an experience learnt for not doing thorough research before buying.(exchange was thought for recycling of alluminium by the company).

Customer service requires improvement and changes in the attitude of good customer service for return of investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new cooker in which the top weight flew and the entire hot water spilled the very next day after purchase on 12th Nov 2020 causing extreme panic...on taking the same to this dealer the attitude shown towards me was pathetic...the woman in the cash was not in any mood to resolve the issue but only counter argued teaching us how to use a cooker...she herself couldn't fix the weight and wanted to charge us extra money for a new weight...she was in no mood to confront rather than providing us with a solution...worst service...why is a guarantee card given.? No courtesy...a vessel shop gives better service than an exclusive showroom of prestige

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a hi end induction stove AND a steel cooker from the Kammanahalli store.
The franchise owner / store manager - a Mrs Vijayalakshmi did not tell us that the bill would be sent to the whatsapp number. She blindly used the voice number for sending assumingthe bill- that it is also the whatsapp number. As a result we are yet to receive the bill.
This purchase is made for our company - hence bill is very important.
She also promised that it will come by email. However what she sent is a fuzzy photo of her computer screen with the bill....
When we called to ask - she was rude & blunt :-(
Very unprofessional !
Can TTK pls help !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service by shop keeper. I see more such reviews that call this out. Prestige TTK should take note of this and change the franchise or the person in charge. I needed an invoice copy of my bill which was sent to my WhatsApp number and I deleted by mistake. When I'm asking for s duplicate copy explaining the issue,. the over smart shop keeper asks me to check in WhatsApp and there was no response after a while over phone. When I'm trying to call her again, the phone is continuously busy. Such ill empathetic attitude towards customer is appalling for a big brand like prestige.
