If any fault occurs to one day old product should be treated differently..if it is brand new then nobody will accept the fault..product should be replaced.. otherwise , till date good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a non-stick tawa with stone finish. The non-stick coating did not work, so went back to this shop with the tawa after 1st use. He refused to refund or replace and said that he will have the mechanic check the tawa in 2-3 days. Today is the 8th day, the tawa is with the shop owner, no mechanic call. Waste of time and money! Very disappointed at the service & their unfriendly approach to customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has good variety of prestige cookware. Shop is small but they have arranged cookware in good way. Old utensils are accepted here , 30₹ discount is offered on old utensils. UPI as well as card payment is accepted here. Variety of gas tops are also available. Overall this is good shop to perchance prestige only products.
