We bought a new prestige gas stove, which was a defective product. The dealer repaired it twice, if the problem persists then he told me I will exchange for a new one but he didn't do it.
Similar experience in the past when we bought grinder also.
Be careful with this shop. We made a mistake.
The most important thing we expect is the safety of the products. I am surprised by his response that he does not bother the burner/stove problem. It can be so dangerous.
Of so many sales it is always one or two products that may turn out to be defective.
These things need to be addressed with utmost importance.
