★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop, courteous staff, but rigid and greedy policies. If you buy against gift vouchers, no discount. So gift voucher are useless. Malls offer best price and discount against them - especially against gift vouchers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STOP! Please don’t go to this store and waste your time, money and self respect. The owner lives in the last century and hasn’t yet heard about customer service. For an amenity like gas stove where we can’t rely on online option, as we need to physically see and feel the product to understand it practically. This shop owner will mock you and take a confirmation before opening a specific box to show you product - so only once you confirm that you are going to buy a product, will he open that box. Horrible! Basically trying to hide his inefficiency of not providing us the sample options to check. Even showrooms selling gold and diamond jewelleries don’t act so stupid - even they let you try on few product in from of the mirror before you decide on which one you wish to buy. Please stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience for a buyer. While buying, the owner is very cosy and courteous. But when it comes to service after sales he transforms into a greedy person. As he has very limited time to money. A small jar is costly by almost a double. A small switch which retails at ₹50 was charged ₹ 200.
Moral of the story - DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop with sufficient items. However, they can not show the Gas stove as opening of packing is not allowed. One has to decide by looking at the picture on packing. It makes difficult to visualise dimention of gas burners.
