★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Poor quality printing. Beware of this place. The funny part is they don't care about the feedback. There should be an option of rating 0 in Google. It's a waste. Either the quality of Presto itself is bad or this place in particular is bad. Terrible in fact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their behaviour with customer is very bad. I went there to see some options for gift. I asked them about wooden plaque gift and they said if provided the photo they can show me right that moment how it will look. I gave them photo after they do some little work on it they showed me that same photo just in black and white. I then told them that I have some other photos that can look better in that than this. But right after that they told me to pay arguing that as they have done that little work, it means an order has been placed. I didn't understand how that can be. Then they said that don't come there ever.
I had never such experience as a customer in any kind of shop. This kind of behaviour is highly unexpected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer. However I have attended the 1st time in the Jadavpur Branch. Firstly people working here doesn't have any idea about locality and landmark. Secondly normal pitch tone makes them easily agitated if they had to repeat for one more time. Thirdly whatever you select they will do whatever they fill like. Fourthly they will give you almost a mini heart attack by saying that 30 mins deliverable will be taken 2 days. Then you have to convince them to negotiate. Fifthly they will not let you stay inside in this pandemic situation and will command to go out roam around and come back after 30 mins even though the store is empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection is not that good, I went for T-Shirt print rather print the details on the T-shirt they just vinyl it. Very disappointing. The cost is also in the higher side too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a very very bad experience. I cant say about the other items but photo print was very very bad. The print quality was so poor that it totaly damaged my photo. The photos were clicked in DSLR and i got a full clarity less photo. For a 6"x10" pic they charged 100/- per photo print and it was a total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of Presto because of its super expensive price tag. No doubt you'll always find unique gift items here but if you search you'll get better deals in local gift shops in good locality. Only prefer this place when other people are also contributing for the gift ?
