★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very poor. What they said about the delivery time they could not deliver my product within that time. The customer service is also very unsatisfying and the lady named Arijita who was handling the customer calls didn't help us at all and misbehaved with us. We are extremely disappointed about their service and in future we would never order anything from Presto(RDB, Saltlake Sector - V).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for personalised gifts. They instantly make the items. Though I always find presto to be slightly overpriced shop but can't help as they serve the purpose. The staffs though lack a bit of technical knowledge but are very friendly and ready to take inputs.

The prices are reasonble and they have lots of variety in different type of caterogies. The website is also available in online from where you can purchase your customize gift. I highly like this shop. The shop is located exact in the ground floor of RDB cinema hall in saltlake sector V.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lowest rating is just because of the girl named Priya Sil who is the store incharge. There was a small mistake & it was detected a day later. I had just called her to ensure if there was any possibility for a rectification.
OMG she started to beat around the bush just to claim that there's no mistake from her end. However, unlike others who don't want to visit the store for a negetive reason, I'd definitely visit the store & yes ... there'd be ruckus if I find even a tiny miss from her end.
