Most beautiful roses were delivered...On time delivery...also my fren was not reachable..but they somehow contacted n did the job... Highly recommend...Worth buying ...coz ur actual emotions goes with it.... With whole heart...Thank you so much for making my day ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service we had ordered flowers all the way from Dubai the lady in question we dealt with goes by the name Ms Reena absolutely rude and when we ordered 24 pieces of Ferraro Roacher we were sent only 16 pieces and we were billed for 24 pieces when we tried calling her she said it is an IT error and will rectify it this is a scam please beware especially of Ms Reena I do not know if this is her real name I have all the emails sent to me about this including the description of this box very bad service Thanks Reena if thats your name you really know how to cheat customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was trying to place order online I got stuck like couple of times in payment and wasn't able to get any appropriate solution for it but then pretty petals staff took over and she was amazingly good and I really liked his proactive approche towards resolving my payment issue, one thing I honestly appreciate her call to make it swift and easy for me. Thanks pretty petals for all your help and support in this, I look forward to continue using your service from now on. ❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Didn't send the right flowers showed me something n sent a very sparse arrangement. Two days later had to send one more arrangement they forgot had to call n remind them to send it in the afternoon waited the whole morning for it to arrive.
