★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to buy flat in Pride Sunrise which is inside the Pride Vatika layout then think twice. They have slipped the handover date twice. They cheated the prospective buyers by saying Dec 31 2020 as handover date owning very well that they won't deliver by that date. Looks like some issue in getting OC/CC as the building is completed since Jan 2021
