No BWSSB water, Security is pathetic.
Pool Maintaince is horrible.
Neither Maintaince team responds nor Pride management.
Don't loose your life savings here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect to live in these Pride Group Apartments on Mysore Road. As this is located in South-West Bangalore, all the facilities are around it like Metro rail, Outer ring road, Hospitals, Colleges, Malls, Work places like Global Village Tech park, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pride Enchanta at Mysore Road, just opposite BHEL compound. I had been there yesterday for a house warming ceremony of my colleague. A condominium Complex of many blocks A to G and some more coming up. Each block has arround 13-14 floors with arround 12 apartments facing East and similar on other directions. There are 2 lifts for each of the east & north facing houses. There's a community Hall/ Club house, swimming pool, not as big and grand when compared to Mulberry towers another Condominium from L&T barely arround 2 kms near KR Market. A three bedroom house touching grand 1cr+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am rating the sales/registration process. My mother (60y) completed the registration last week on Thursday and it’s Monday night now and she has still not been given the keys. Through out the registration process my mother has had to go in person to their office to follow up and get movement on the work. They don’t respond to emails or send clear communication. I am disappointed that this is the service she received especially given that it’s during a pandemic and it is not safe for her to have to run around for this.
Calling this out as others may have old parents considering buying an apartment here. Please keep in mind that the service they provide is not as straightforward as they initially make you believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lush green society and newly built. All facilities including two swimming pools, playing area, gymnasium and also small gowshala are there. Great people and many high profiles like high court judge lives here. But their is no small provision or grocery store nearby, we have to go 2-3 km from society. Basement parking is there. Overall living here is very good

30min to Jayanagar , Basavanagudi. Good amenities.
