★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are lazy and have to force yourself to go to gym then this is the best place to join...the equipment's are abit old but everything works fine...they charge 1800 for 4 months so even if you don't feel like going which often happens with me...it hurts less as you pay less. The trainer's are good and guide you at every step and idk if you guys have ever noticed but if you go to abs or gold's or multifit and then visit these small fitness centres you'll find that the small gym's have more fit and muscular guys and girls than the big ones.
