★ ★ ★ ★ ★ गोरखपुर में निर्माणाधीन खाद कारखाना में ने एक रिकार्ड कायम किया है, यहां पर यूरिया प्लांट देश का सबसे ऊंचा प्रीलिंग टॉवर बनकर तैयार हो गया है. बता दें कि प्रीलिंग टॉवर में यूरिया खाद का दाना बनाता है. इस टॉवर की ऊंचाई 149.5 मीटर है, अभी तक किसी भी खाद कारखाना में इतनी ऊचाई का टॉवर नहीं बना है, जबकि व्यास करीब 29 मीटर है. वहीं अगर हम कुतुबमीनार की ऊंचाई की बात करें तो वो भी सिर्फ 73 मीटर ही है यानि कि कुतुबमीनार की ऊंचाई से दोगुनी ऊंची टॉवर है.
दरअसल यूरिया प्लांट में टॉवर की ऊंचाई हवा की औसत रफ्तार के बाद तय की जाती है. इसके लिए एचयूआरएल की टीम ने करीब महीने भर हवा की रफ्तार को लेकर सर्वे किया गया था. तब इतनी ऊंचाई पर टॉवर बनाया गया है. जपानी कंपनी द्वारा बनाये गये इसी टॉवर में नीचे से हवा प्रेसर से ऊपर भेजा जायेगा और ऊपर से अमोनिया गैस का लिक्विड गराया जाएगा. जिसके बाद अमोनिया के लिक्विड और हवा के रिएक्शन से यूरिया बनेगी.
