★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well developed apartments.Environment is very pleasing and soothing.The apartments are spacious and open.The main advantage of this place is that it is just at a two minutes walking distance from mankundu station.The environment around is very green and completely surrounded by green plants.The people working there are very caring and kind. They help you find out whatever you need. The complex consists of a swimming pool,club, gym and many other facilities. The construction of the buildings ended in the year the 2014. The neighbours are friendly.Parking space sufficient enough. Major disadvantage is that all the 3BHKs are sold only the 2 BHKs and 2.5 BHKs remains. In today's date 2.5 BHKs cost around thirty one lakhs and for 2BHKs it costs around twenty six laks. Proper master bed rooms , kitchens,washrooms are available. If one is persuing a flat HE or SHE must take the AURA Apartment under consideration.Check the photos and videos attached below for a proper guide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They way they market in promoting not even single thing match , most average quality of work , no proper finish of work be it all walls n floor tiles , all door edge wall cement started chipping out . Main door was burnt with patch mark which was shown to them and was not replaced . Its not worth paying so much of money . My covered parking handed over without proper finish floor concrete work , underneath passing by drain . Now all of a sudden claiming that underlay electrical cable work planned which waw never told client before selling . Even after addressing so many times through mail to Mr Monoj Sharma , they dont bother to respond mail .Will not recommend to anyone to invest . Rajesh Chatterjee , Aura , Block 3
