★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of the gym is amazing.... I love the environment and the trainers are good ...The extra stuff like tea, coffee, detox water and steam bath are also available...so all in all its a really good gym

Best in class and well maintained equipment, even my favourite sprinting machine. Span across two floors, they got amazing trainers, friendly and knowledgeable.
Pocket friendly packages and value for money.
Additional things - Steam bath, showers, hairdryer, lockers and much more.
Plus they got Lemon tea/coffee vending machine. They also provide Detox water on some days.
Over-all an amazing experience with enticing interior.
Must join if you live around Friends colony ??
