★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have travelled to Bali this year in the month of Jan 2019 for our honeymoon. We have an expectation with prime holidays that our journey throughout will be mesmerizing n memorable.But our biggest mistake is to select prime holidays as an our travel partner.The biggest mistake to select prime holiday as travel partner.We had almost paid 1.10k as package n the experience was horrible.The journey is not at all safe.They told us journey from Bali to Gili island will b only few hours n when we reached there they had given reason of bad whether which is not actually the situation we had almost spend 10 to 12 hours in a ferry which is the worst time we had experienced N from there the bus journey is again for 3 hours Which almost we had spend 17 to 18 hours only in travelling.The management was not pro active in giving Services.Numbers of times we had called for r packages. She didn't have courtesy to call back. They will charge you money but the quality of service they provide will be not worth of that money.They had given us a villa named as Upalla villa we reached there around 10.35 at night n next day we have to leave n the villa was dirty scary not worth to the money.Overall the experience was horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ go for it, excellent service you can get herewith any small to large service for example : Tours/ Hotel Booking (Domestic & International both)/ Ticketing (Bus,Train,Air both Dom&Int.)/ Insurance/ Visa/ Passport, Forex Bazaar. Fees and services charge slightly fluctuated depends on season else everything is great.
