3. No Card Payments, only cash / UPI QR based.
4. Money receipt and bills provided if you persist, although reluctantly.
5. My Treatment Experience:
No offence meant, but my condition was not diagnosed correctly. I was suffering from accute Gastrointestinal pain.
Had endoscopy done. The blood reports took 4 hours at the rudimentary in-house lab. Some medications were prescribed to me for pain relief. But they did not help even a bit.
After calling the hospital after 3 days, that I am still suffering from accute Gastrointestinal pain, I managed to talk to doctor on phone, who advised to wait for 7 more days for pain to subside.
In this present world with such advanced medical facilities, who can suffer 10 sleepless nights! Why did I come to a super speciality hospital ! But still I suffered along for 7 more days!
Thankfully, on suggestion of a friend I changed the Doctor and got relief the very next day.
To sum it up, I feel the team is inexperienced.
Patient guidance is absent.
Doctors don't advice the patients about their diagnosis, about the ailments they are suffering from.
Procedures are not explained properly.
Still a long way to go.

Very lazzy staff, i am entered 11'o clock in hospital with my grandmother her age is 75
Doctor ask cityscan report 8 pn report is not arrived, very bed service, please don't take treatment in this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class treatment it's better than you go others hospital Doctors Don't have knowledge about citi scan and staff behaves not good i showed my citi scan report to other doctor his said you have appendi inside your body but prime hospitals doctor said report is Normally he need to make more money so he was suggested me for andoskopy
Mostly staff not following COVID-19 Guidelines
Not wearing Mask No Social Distancing
