I had given my package on aug 10, 2021( worth 50,000 rs from Mumbai to banglore) with full payment and i received the package on sep 10, 2021 n that too after numerous follow up. Upon delivery, most of the items were damaged and more than half of it worth 28,000 is missing. Taking insurance did not help and despite following up, there is no response.Monty - the staff is a terrible employee and a goon. They don't answer calls or revert. I'm taking it to social media so that others are aware and ensure they choose a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are pretty quick with the response and the service. Also there was no chaos or hassle made in the whole process of packing or dispatching my stuff from one location to the other. All my things were completely intact and in the same condition as at the time of packing.

I'm extremely happy with the team..As I was alone at the time of shifting ..I was worried, how I was going to do that alone.. But my every concern was well taken care by the movement manager ..They are available over the phone every minute I need .. Thanks to Monty sir, and all the boys who have done the packing loading and unloading for making the entire process smooth and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, had to move from Thane to Belgaum. Why I didn't read the reviews posted earlier. Experience is no different than listed previous to me. No responses post payment, literally had to call everyday. Very hateful and unprofessional service. Especially Govardhan Singh (number listed on website, he is the one who calls and takes order).
He has the audacity to say on phone at 10pm you get a vehicle and unload else the vehicle is going ahead. I'm lodging a complaint with Consumer forum to make them accountable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used Prime Relocation Packers And Movers to move my stuff from Mumbai to Hyderabad. I got a dedicated moving manager for my order and he spoke very nicely and explained the entire process of moving and packing very clearly to me. Gave me prompt responses on email as well. Noted down all the items accurately and gave a quote. Showed me the exact quality of packaging they'll be providing through sufficient pictures, and I went ahead with them only after gaining confidence in them. The entire service was very professional and I got timely delivery of all my items.I received it without any hassle.
Sometimes, the packers were careless in packaging when I didn't supervise, but it was all very minor. I had a lot of expensive items like LED, fridge, piano and some glass items as well. They all came here without any damage. So no complaints. Although the pricing seemed a little high, but the quality of service was commensurate.
