Staff and Guides are so friendly and informative. Looked after us throughout the whole day continually checking if we were OK. What a great Trip we can say only one word “WOW amazing”. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to say that I am very happy using Prime Tours and Travels to book my Tour “Shimla and Manali. Hotel was good in Shimla but in Manali Hotel gave us very dirty room, when we complain to the hotel manager he said hotel is fully booked due to the “New Year Night” so we cannot offer another room. That time I was very disappoint, I called to the Prime office and inform them, they immediately book another good Hotel. I am very happy for the service. I want to give 5star. Thank you for the great service

After reading our initial request and speaking with us on the phone, he designed a tour perfectly custom to what our interests were. He was always prompt and thorough in his responses and we felt very comfortable taking his recommendations. Also the guides he selected for us were just wonderful. Most notably was Jamal, in Fes.
Driver was the absolute best. You spend a lot of time driving in Morocco so it is very important to have a great driver. He knew our itinerary like the back of his hand and always made sure we knew what we were doing and when to be there. As a planner myself, I just loved this and it instantly created trust.
