★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad furnitures they actually cheat ppl by refurbishing old furniture. I bought furnitures from them in 2013 started getting defects in wood leather . They use very bad quality wood for manufacturing furnitures. Really bad. I give 1 out of 10 (1/10) ratting. Donot buy from primo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a furniture shop that doesn't let customers sit on sofas. This is supposed to be an upmarket furniture store, but from the time you enter the store the place and staff are unwelcoming and treat you as if they're doing you a favour - got the feeling that they thought we couldn't afford the furniture! We went with the intention of buying, but got out of there in a hurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got two of our large Sofa Sets made from Primo. They did a fantastic job and within the time frame promised. They have a huge space in 4 floors, so they also keep a large collection of international design furniture to choose from.
