★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had consulted Dr. Asmita for nagging pain in the shoulder due to a perceived wrong swimming technique. I had no idea what I was going through till I took her treatment. Instead of treating the symptom, she diagnosed that weak back muscles had led to over use of shoulder muscles and consequently the pain. Not only did she treat the pain in the shoulder, but also prescribed home excercises to increase back muscle strength. Perfect diagnosis and focused treatment. Thank you doc.

I had a daily one hour session with her for 2 months in which she pushed me to achieve daily targets , and we progressed from simple daily routines at home to climbing stairs and then independently taking walks.... today i can easily do 3-5 km walking... Now I visit her for my back strengthening and abs... her dedication , knowledge in her field, her experience and most importantly her attitude to push you and not give up makes her an excellent physiotherapist....

Ma'am is very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Excellent care, and she properly informed me about how to get the exercises done at home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m going to Asmita (Owner of this clinic) for the last 6 months for 3 different issues - hamstring, lower back and hip stiffness. She is spot on in identifying the root causes and plan the treatment course. She is also quite stern (much needed) to get the daily regimen done and pushes one to the limit. I have immensely benefited and can feel the difference in myself. Clinic is spacious, well equipped with required utilities/equipments and neat n clean - well maintained. Highly recommended.
