★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, it's a average kind of hostel which provides two sheeters room, nd most amazing part is that there is also attached bathroom to a single room. Weekly cleaning service is also provided.
Now hold on! Are you a SUNBEAM student? if yes then I Know what u r suffering from now, So in simple words for you guys this hostel is going to be a luxury hostel, if u r comparing this to others near by Sunbeam. Silent atmosphere, no one is going to disturb you.
Facilities-
1) Bed with bedsheets and pillow
2) Table
3) Chair
4) Free weekly cleaning
5) Free electricity
6) Two sheeters
7) Attached bathroom
8) Balcony
Etc etc
Enough for a student in Sunbeam.
Hostel fee -
Rs- 2800/- only (till dec, 2018)
Security money- Depends on duration of stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are okayish. Owner is very selfish and hostel policy is very bad. Also there is problem for dinner and lunch as there is no mess nearby and no dabewalla delivers there food. Also it is very closed and there is slum area nearby. It is located beside a nullah(sewer drain) so it gets stinky sometimes during rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good for short duration stay. Though it was an old place but very near to pune main market, you can easily get public transport from here rent is 2800₹ pm. You have to. give advance here, rooms are not chic but yeah its livable, filter water for drinking is available, hot and cold water available for bathing available.
