★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked the services to travel from Delhi to Palampur. During the journey, driver has not switched the air conditioner even after paying for it. The seats were not comfortable and the bus got malfunctioned in middle of nowhere. Driver was not responsive during the whole event.
Overall my experience with this travel service was pathetic.
