This place is just like a hostel with no restrictions at all ONLY FOR BOYS.
Presently i am staying here and here are my personal experience...
Room quality : 3.5/5
Cleaning frequency : weekly basis with mop ( they also sweep almost everyday but u need to be available at ur room when the clean guy comes)
Hygiene : 3/5 ( due to some hostellers the whole hostel becomes swanky)
Bathrooms : 3/5( only toilet is indian type and rest is of western type ; facilities were good but due to some mischievous guys some flush or tapes broken down... And once it brakes then it takes a long to be repaired
FOOD IS AWESOME GUYS. : 4.5/5 (2100 /- for 3times; homely and healthy food served)
Additional :
Washing machine.. : manual type; you can use it free of cost
Wifi : 1.8/5 : poor connectivity to some rooms.. I couldn't used it ever.

Seriously,
Worst experience with the owner Satya (Naseri), everyday he needs paisa even if you have paid in advance he will ask you for paisa in the mid of the month.
I was there in lockdown, I paid him monthly rent and after some days he asked me for paisa again.
Such a bhikhari aadmi...
