★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TL;DR: Avoid the place if your laptop has issues. I don't know about Printers but this is one of the last place you would want to get your laptop fixed.
Very unprofessional. They lost screws on my laptop. They took my laptop away from a long time and kept on assuring me that they will fix it [I had asked them to tell me clearly in the beginning if they're not sure] and they told me after two days that it can't be done.
They also gave explanations that totally contradicted what they said moments ago. They also were apparently outsourcing the 'fix' without informing me. None of this made any sense.
