★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given an appointment at 10 with two other patients before me for 9.30 and 9.45, he did not come to clinic till 10.45, if the same is done by the patient will any doctor accept?
You can be the greatest doctor in the world, if you can't respect others time you are no one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Karunesh had successfully diagnosed me with correct ailment. I was new to Bengaluru and tried atleast 2 more doctors before him through practo who couldnt accurately diagnose that I was suffering from Dengue. But with him I found a doctor who patiently listened to me - got me accurately diagnosed within first few blood tests, and got me up from bed within a matter of weeks.
Like our family doctor in my hometown (Chandigarh), he has become our family doctor in Bengaluru. Later my brother, and wife have also referred him. And he has turned up for emergency even during holidays. An empathetic doctor with good ethics. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr N.MRUTHYUNJAYA is the worst Radiologist in the entire universe. I just wonder how he got the degree. No manners at all on how to deal /talk with patient, he act as if he is doing some favor and treats patients very rudely. Time management,NIL. He will make you to wait for minimum 2 HRS even if you have an appointment. No one should go to such doctor. He is an a*****.RUDE,ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR N.MRUTHYUNJAYA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is money laundering business and they make sure the patient visits them regularly even if not necessary. Every visitation costs a fortune and doctors like Dr. Karunesh even blackmail the patients. My father consulted this doctor for diabetes, and the first thing we were asked was if we had insurance coverage. That assured, the doctor made us spend on all unwanted tests and medicines spending close to 30000 in a month which was totally unnecessary. Now my dad takes Ayurvedic treatment and is doing perfectly fine. Let's stop such people from looting the common man!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unreliable and unprofessional staff. Dirty place, dirty seats with mosquitoes all over the place. The doctor did my ultrasound and threw the report at the inexperienced receptionist cum nurse cum assistant.
A stone was found in the right kidney anf she wrote it as left kidney in the report. When I asked if she was sure this is correct she said yes , that was what was written in the report.
I pointed out that I had pain on the right side of the abdomen how can the stone be on the left. She gave me a blank look and asked me to sit down and wait.
Then she updated the report and handed me the report and the polythene it was to be kept in separately completely unapologetic about anything.
Please don't go to this place for any tests or ultrasounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all professional, have an appointment at 5 PM and after reaching I got to know that the Dr. Venkata Mukunda will be available after 7.
Don't plan your visit if you found them on any social media with a fancy promotion/ marketing because the reality looks way different.
Better try Apollo, Fortis, etc for a better and more professional behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class, i came to the clinic at 5:30 for RTPCR test there were no patients at all. The staff were simply sitting there and using there phone. When i asked them regarding the test, they said to come tomorrow for the test. They have no responsibility at all
