Noone is listening after possession from builder side.
Open parking is not allocated as per commitment.

Very clean, Phase 2 comes under in PMC. So in phase 2 doesn’t have any water problem, when I communicated with phase 2 (especially "I" building people) they said that they don't have a water problem and I also checked the same. I bought a flat in a pristine H building, only one thing is, almost all flats are sold out in the H building so they don’t have the availability of covered parking, unfortunately we chose open parking.

Paying lacks of Rs. and facing such issues daily..
Is security is just for show off?????
Because many times animals like Duker and dogs are enjoying premises ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic planning of water. Issues with parking place and security.Pigs are wondering in society as compound wall is not constructed completely. Most of the people who stay here are very dissatisfied.
If you're thinking of buying dont put yourself into a mess!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality of construction...Water is dripping in most of the flats still after completing 3 years and after several repairs...can't refer it. Builder does not entertain the residents or won't support. waste of money and nothing else.

If you have the craze for fast food not to worry they have a variety of stall lined up for you beside the entrance and within the societie's area.With all the basic shoppies one would like to have like the mart, saloon, the clinics, medical, the bank atms and much more saves your time instead of travelling through the busy highway and long traffic.
Adding to the safety in the campus, every entrance is guarded with a security personal make a safe entrance and exit for the stranger and also they keep a keen eye on your siblings if you let them play out.
The overall environment is pleasing and everyone is so busy in there own work making it a sensibly quite place except on weekend. On weekends the chirping of small kids won't let you sleep late in the morning.
The small grounds are covered with lush green grass with trees surrounding them makes it a excellent scenic beauty one would admire of.
Occasional cultural events, festival celebrations, parties at the club house are a few among the many things you would experience in the years calender
