★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They remove the parts and then say tv is not working. They will keep you waiting for months till the time you say that you don't need. It's a big fraud they carry out. Please beware of this company. I have lost my Sony Bravia KDL WB900 to them. They have changed the panel and God knows what all have they tampered with.Atlast they will provide you an option to buy second hand tv from them for 15 to 29k. That is how they conclude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for any repairs. Had the worst experience. Don't be fooled by the 5 Star Customer reviews. I had my Benq Projector sent to them for repair. Took two days to identify the problem and then quoted me the estimate. I was okay with it and then had them guarantee me the delivery date as well as the problem, whether it was correctly identified. I sent them an advance on agreed estimate. After 2 weeks from the promised delivery date the projector was still not repaired. And the height is that they lied to me. They said the projector was ready and i should collect it from Narayan Peth branch. when i reached the Narayan Peth branch (which is not their branch at all but a shop where they sub contract their work). There they told me that projector was not repaired and they had yet to order parts and the estimate was going to change by almost Rs 2800. I was fed up and took back the projector. The owner then took 2 days to refund the amount after rigorous follow up. And then he had the audacity to cut Rs. 500 as service charge when he didn't even work for a single minute on the projector. He then threatened me that he will take me to court if i posted a review.
Don't go here absolutely pathetic service. Stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I am priyanka I came in contact with pristine service in last month due to my smart tv regarding issue actually this TV is not a simple tv it's having a emotional connection because this tv was given my mama to last year as my wedding gift and I am very attached to my mama since from my childhood. They don't have kids so they treated us as their own kids even my entire education would be own by themselves. So it's even very hard to express my feelings totto himhhim he's is no more due to the vivid 19 and it's a last gift from him I don't know what had happened it's having an issue which would be repaired by pristine service at very low cost and within a given time so I am very happy to get back my TV

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 year old Imported SONY 3D HD TV panel was not working. Panel was not available with Sony India. I was about to buy new Tv, But PRISTINE Services done perfect diagnosis of problem. Got repaired in 72 hrs & at 1/3 cost of SONY. Thanks to PRISTINE SERVICES. for Excellent & Expert advice.
