★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my appointment with Dr. Sheetal. She made me feel comfortable and listened to my problem with patience. I was satisfied with the diagnosis and medication. The only thing that bothered me was that they were not professional about the appointment schedule.
On my 1st visit I was given an appointment for 11 AM and I was there sharp at 11 but I had to wait because apparently the person with an appointment for 10.30 AM also reached the clinic at 11.
On my second visit I was given an appointment for 10 AM and I specifically requested for an early appointment as I had a flight to catch but the doctor herself reached the clinic at 11.15.
I also had to wait for 36 hours to get my blood test reports from their lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Pristyne Care is worst I ever had. They didn't fulfill their promises as they said. Pristyn Care is trying to get their customers who have insurance and then they try to loot their insurance amount as much as possible.
They said that surgery will cost approx 35-40k but they sent estimation/final bill to insurance company more than 3 times as compare to which they had said earlier.
I was called on 6th August 2021 in the morning for admission with empty stomach and I had to go under a surgery in the noon time but they gave admission me at night 7:45 PM after full day torture. And discharge on next day at night 9:45PM and this was also a torturing day.
Services of partner hospital (Cloud nine, chandigarh) was not good at all, TPA portal was not working properly. Nurses and care persons were not delivering their services as they provide for their own patient (came with out Pristyn Care). On discharge day, no one specially Mohit Dhanda, SPOC person from Pristyne care didn't pick my phone from to whom I already talking from day 1 and who were trying to pamper me day before the surgery. There was no peace during these 2 days. I feel cheated.
Overall I would like to tell everyone please don't fall in the trap of Pristyn Care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. All of my doubts were answered very transparently by the doctor in our first meeting itself. Staff members were constantly in touch with me during the whole surgery and the pre surgery period.
Everyone at Pristyn care showcased the best attitude, were always ready to help, offered great coordination and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pristyn care is the best service provider between hospital and health insurance. I will suggest to my family member or friends. I have my own experience last Saturday I admitted in Cloud nine hospital in Chandigarh its like a 4 or 5 star hospitality.
Very nice all staff .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had to go through a surgery and we were really worried about which doctor to consult, which hospital, all paper work... etc...etc, but then we came across this company Pristyn Care who took such great care of us. Starting from the doctor’s consultation to the choice of hospital, surgery and paper work all was soo seamless.
Special thanks to Mr. Sandeep who took care of each and everything and his professional and caring behaviour made us sail the boat.
Thanks to Dr. Gupta who very patiently replied and is still replying to our queries.
Great work done guys, thanks to the entire team and we will be definitely recommending u to our friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well don't go by the name, they gave an estimate of Rs 60000 and the. Send around bill of Rs 90000. For health insurred persons, they loot the insurance companies, thereby reducing your cover. Other patient directly admitted to hospital was charged just Rs 35000 for same surgery. Was admitted in Osmed, staff was good but the problem recurred just after one week. I would recommend not to fall for their name.
