★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had undergone ZSR circumcision at Pristyn care on 27th March 2021, the doctors and staff was very helpful and polite , the did the procedure of removal of foreskin with very less pain. After that I was in touch with Dr Ram Khare for 2 weeks and the silicon strip with staples started coming out around 2 weeks and 2 days , after 2 weeks and 2 days I gently pulled out the silicon strip and the staples in the skin came out along with it , there were a total of 20 staples. I strongly recommend using the topical cream "Healodine" which helps in making the skin soft and germ free. The skin around the staples softned and died and I was easily able to pull out the silicon strip along with the staples on it ,with minimal pain , I thank the doctors , surgeons , nurses and staff for making the process comfortable for me , so 5 stars ?

The doctor talked very confidently and in a friendly way in first check up. As its covid time and the patient was above 60 we inquired whether it would be alright to get the patient vaccinated first and then bring her in for the surgery, however the doctor stated that the hemorrhoid could burst and we need to go for surgery in a day or two. The doctor assured us that it will be painless laser treatment and the patient will be ok in a day or two after the surgery. It was a piles surgery using laser.
As the doctor had rented out a hospital for performing the surgery and the patient wasn't signing up directly for services at the hospital, the staff wasn't cooperative at the time of admission and even after admission. The doctor had given an estimate of 20k for the entire procedure, he later said it could go till 35k, at the time of billing they told us its 50k, however the actual amount deducted from our account was 90k, and they did not provide us with any papers that state the billing details. The patient developed an infection the same day we got back home and while we kept telling the doctor that the patient has developed fever he still did not direct us to see another doctor or tell us that this needs serious attention. The patient suffered extreme pain at the place operated and other infections. Quite clearly sanitisation was not taken care of while the doctor operated as the patient developed pus at the place that was operated. On informing the doctor he said he will check the patient again but we couldn't trust his service anymore looking at the patient's utterly serious condition. We had to readmit the patient to another hospital due to this doctor's light and over confident responses. Thankfully the second doctor we consulted (surgeon but not from prystin care) was more skilled and honest due to which we got some support. Along with the financial burden which is a pressing point for us, the patient is still in pain after more than a month's time. We totally regret consulting this doctor. We feel cheated looking back at how the events unfolded and how stressful last one month was for us. With utter dismay, I've to share that we have had an very bad experience throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted here for circumcision and got operated here. Pristyn care service was very nice. Everything was looked after them which includes Pickup/drop, food, sanitizers, soap. Care buddy took care of everything regarding bills, admission and discharge. Doctor appointed was very professional. Explained everything about surgery and recovery phase. Surgery was handled very carefully and was done very quickly with minimum pain felt. Pain was gone within a day and full recovery happened within 18days.
