β β β β β Surgery was completed successfully. Overall exerience is makes me disappointed due to following reasons. As i explore about pristyn care on your web and talking with mr. Gyanesh i was expecting very proffessional services from pristyn.
When i arrived at hospital there is no one from pristyn care at 10.00 a.m scheduled time. Hospital staff dont have information what they need to do. Someone came from pristyn care after 12.00 oclock and didnt talk anything that he should be as a responsible person but he didn't. After that he disappear. In surgery room when i asked for anesthesthetic, they call him else they dont want to. Doctor has very good exeperience and did as he talked but he forget my conversation with him a day before.
I think if pristyn care is really care about patient they must provide responsible person who can cordinate with doctor, Hospital and patient. Thank you

β β β β β Hospital and staff were excellent..Surgery was good.. doctor mr. Amol gosavi is very nice and did the painless stitchless sergery.
Overall it was a safe higene and professional well trained staff experience.

β β β β β Experience with prestyn care is very good, my case was handled by prestyn care representative arun nagpal who is having a very good attitude, polite and gentle. He has taken care for all documentation and other hospital formalities.
My surgery was performed by dr. kamlesh Ram who is experienced and gentle. He explained all the procedure before surgery. Excellent experience with prestyn care representative arun nagpal and surgeon kamlesh Ram

β β β β β Best service. Right from consulting the doctor to the post op check up, everything was arranged perfectly. They assign a specific person to your during the entire procedure, called 'care buddy'. I just had to message my care buddy in case of anything i needed. Insurance procedure was handled preety neatly and was completely paperless. Special shoutout to dr. Azhruddin shaikh, such an experience yet polite doctor, who answered every question with patient.
